Particular attention was given to the shaping of the surrounding area so that it harmonizes with the landscape and Mediterranean-type trees, plants and bushes were planted, which help to demarcate each residence, while rocks and paths with local stone were placed.<\/p><p>The purpose and philosophy of the owners has been to create a vacation retreat that is calm, aesthetically pleasing, close to nature and the sea and with all the necessary amenities to make someone feel at home. The result combined with the picturesque village of Syvota and its beautiful beaches, which are only a short distance from the villa and cottages, ensure a wonderful stay for its
