The property has an area of approximately one acre and is located in a quiet, secluded and green spot, on top of a small hill with a great view towards the Ionian sea, Paxos island and forested slopes.
Inside the property and next to the cottages are two preserved stone-built, ruined Ottoman houses of 18th century.
Our guests will be able to taste a bit of the history of our region, observing the many arched windows, arches, staircases and different levels of the preserved buildings.
Τhey can enjoy the incomparable Mediterranean landscape while, at the same time, admiring the architecture that reflects the way of life of the inhabitants hundreds of years ago.
The construction of the villa and cottages was completed in 2022. All the equipment is brand new and modern style, excellent quality, bioclimatic materials were used. The luxury villa's design and decoration was handled by the architect Vanesa Rizou.
The interior spaces were designed with every care so that guests can satisfy their every need in an aesthetically flawless space that combines comfort with functionality, traditional high wooden ceilings with modern materials.
The cottages are of traditional type and in harmony with the natural environment.
All three residences offer all the comforts for a short or long stay. Particular attention was given to the shaping of the surrounding area so that it harmonizes with the landscape and Mediterranean-type trees, plants and bushes were planted, which help to demarcate each residence, while rocks and paths with local stone were placed.
The purpose and philosophy of the owners has been to create a vacation retreat that is calm, aesthetically pleasing, close to nature and the sea and with all the necessary amenities to make someone feel at home. The result combined with the picturesque village of Syvota and its beautiful beaches, which are only a short distance from the villa and cottages, ensure a wonderful stay for its tenants.
