Amadryas

The Amadryas cottage is a 4 guests' capacity, traditional two bedroom ground floor residence of 53 sq.m., with a wooden frame and paneling. It is built according to the principles of ecological and green building and with certified quality of its raw materials, which is in full harmony with the wooded green area that surrounds it. The careful decoration is modern and all the necessary facilities are offered for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

In front of the cottage there is a large parking area and a garden with grass, rocks and Mediterranean-type plants. From the courtyard/terrace of the cottage, guests can enjoy the rich vegetation with pines, cypresses and olive trees and the view of a distant hillside of the village. Directly in front is an archaeologically preserved ruined building of an old Ottoman residence, one of the few preserved in the area, which has been restored and offers a journey into the past, while at night its careful lighting creates an atmospheric setting.

Next to the old building is a large centuries-old olive tree with a paved terrace, the perfect setting to enjoy under the shade of its branches a Mediterranean meal or moments of relaxation.

The autonomy of the cottage is ensured by the landscaping and the planting of trees and vegetation.

Indoor area

The Amadryas cottage includes an open plan kitchen – living room (with a sofa that can be converted into a bed measuring 1.40 X2.00), two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a perimeter courtyard / terrace. etc. In one bedroom there is a double bed measuring 160X200, in the second two single beds which are joined by an upper double mattress and form a double bed measuring 180X200. The beds and mattresses are of the company Ecomat.

Outdoor area

In front of the cottage exists a large parking area and a garden filled with grass, stones and plants of the Mediterranean type. From the courtyard/terrace of the cottage guests can enjoy the rich vegetation with pines, cypresses and olive trees and the view of a distant slope of the village.

Right in front of the cottage is an archaeologically interesting preserved ruined building of an old Ottoman residence, one of the few that survive in the area, which has been restored and offers a trip to the past, while in the evening its careful lighting creates an atmospheric setting.
