Villa Anthilia is a luxury villa of 114 m2, with a hosting capacity of 4 guests, which combines modern style with traditional elements and offers a unique holiday experience.

Located at the top of a green hill, surrounded by pines, cypresses and olive trees, it offers - from its large terrace and the swimming pool with wooden deck- a magnificent and unobstructed view towards the Ionian Sea and Paxos island as well as towards the slopes of Sivota.

It is located a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Zavia and from the port of the village of Sivota.

Its clean/elegant architectural style as designed by the architect Vanessa Rizοu is highlighted by the modern and minimal furnishings and the abundant sunlight that bathes it from sunrise to sunset. The combination of stone, wood, modern surfaces and the natural environment of Mediterranean-type rocks and plants create a dream setting.

The autonomy of the villa from the two cottages is ensured by the configuration of the exterior space and the planting of trees and plants.

Indoor area

Upon entering Villa Anthilia you come into a large living space that is filled with natural light and sea views with its window panel doors that give you direct access to the outdoor private pool area. The furniture and pieces of artwork of the living area are of the highest luxury and comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dining island can serve as a meeting point for a morning Greek coffee while staring at the vast blue Ionian sea.

Through the hallway are two large bedrooms, unique with their own artworks. Both bedrooms have the convenience of en-suite bathrooms. Their large glass doors give these spaces abundant natural light and an unobstructed view of the crystal clear waters of the sea

Outdoor area

Villa Anthilia in Sivota Epirus, boasts an outdoor area comprising of an outdoor dining setting and private pool. The sunbeds and seating options give you the option to soak up the Greek sun or have an afternoon siesta in the shade. A unique deck/bed over the pool will be a highlight for everyone at all times of the day. The fully equipped BBQ will add to your alfresco moments in the evening with magical views and the most amazing colours of the Ionian sunset.
